Louis’ Restaurant Square Footage of Project: 1,990sf Contractor: Golden West Construction Construction Cost: $500,000 The addition and remodel of this 75 year old family run San Francisco restaurant required restraint to retain the character of the existing diner with a million dollar ocean view and bring it into the 21st century. As a National Park Service concession, the project was required to meet their high standards and comply with disabled access requirements, sustainability measures, add fire sprinklers and add 200 square feet of storage space.
